DPM409 Handheld Dew Point Meter
Mainly used for the detection of trace water content in industrial gases.
A very thin layer of metal is coated on a small anodized aluminum strip, and the aluminum layer and metal layer form the two poles of a very thin aluminum oxide capacitor. Water vapor penetrates through the gold layer and attaches to the pores of the oxide layer. The number of electrons absorbed by the oxide layer determines the conductivity of the oxide, and the resistance value of the pores on the layer provides an impedance value directly corresponding to the water vapor content. Full digital signal processing replaces traditional analog bridge design, making the flow meter more accurate and wider in measurement range.
The DPM409 handheld dew point meter is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, medical oxygen, compressed air, chemical, petrochemical, power engineering and other fields.
